The consultation is a free and no-obligation discussion about what you are looking for.
We take you through our standard range of products, highlighting their differing features and discussing size, use, deign, installation and budget.
This can be carried out via email or on the telephone - customers are also welcome to come to the workshop to have a look at what we are currently working on and see some material samples. A site visit can be arranged if needed.
This is when we start producing drawings and specifications.
A floor plan details the proposed size and layout, including doors and windows. A 3d drawing helps you visualise the design.
The specification details the more technical aspects, including materials, insulation and extras.
Whether you choose a standard product, add your own tweaks to a standard design, or seek a fully bespoke product, YrPod’s drawings and specification form the basis of your order.
YrPod’s terms and conditions are provided, and to confirm an order and delivery date, part payment is taken.
The build process will usually be driven by site access. A full workshop build delivers the product as a complete unit, whereas a a semi workshop build delivers the product in flat pack form with the build completed on site.
YrPod take everything from here. You will be kept up-to-date with the build process and, if you wish, you can arrange a workshop visit to see your made-to-order building being produced.
